We are looking for a strong leader who can manage people, communicate professionally with homeowners, solve problems in the field, and maintain high standards of quality and service. Experience in outdoor lighting not required. Lighting design and technical skills will be developed through company-provided training.ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Field OperationsLead and manage a team of installers and service techniciansOversee daily job execution, installations, repairs, and upgradesTrain and develop team members in installation techniques, troubleshooting, professionalism, and safetyEnsure projects are completed efficiently and to company standardsCoordination & OrganizationCoordinate schedules, materials, and job readiness with the Office Manager and Warehouse ManagerEnsure trucks, tools and materials remain organized and stockedCustomer ExperienceCommunicate professionally with upscale residential and commercial clientsRepresent the company with professionalism and strong customer serviceIdentify opportunities for lighting enhancements, upgrades, and service plan upsellsSafety & AccountabilityEnforce jobsite safety standardsMaintain quality control and attention to detail across all projectsHold team members accountable to company expectations and performance standardsQualificationsLeadership or crew management experience requiredStrong communication and customer service skillsMechanically inclined and detail-orientedOrganized, dependable, and proactiveAble to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsComfortable occasionally meeting homeowners in the eveningsValid drivers license required with clean recordWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experiencePerformance bonuses and upsell incentivesPaid Time OffRetirement/401k and Matching OptionsAdvancement opportunities within a growing companyAbout UsOutdoor Lighting Perspectives has been a leader in outdoor lighting for almost 30 years.
