AI Implementation Engineer

We are seeking an AI Agent Engineer with hands-on experience in deploying and operating AI agents using Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in identity management, Azure DevOps, and intermediate-level Python and SQL, along with experience in Azure MCP (Model Context Protocol) for building secure, scalable AI agent solutions.You will work closely with product, engineering, and security teams to design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-ready AI agents that integrate seamlessly with existing systems and workflows.Key responsibilitiesDesign, build, deploy, and manage AI agents using Azure AI Foundry and Copilot StudioImplement and configure Copilot Studio agents for business workflows, automation, and user interactionsLeverage Azure MCP (Model Context Protocol) to enable secure context sharing, orchestration, and tool integration for AI agentsIntegrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, and data sourcesImplement identity and access management (IAM) using Azure AD (Entra ID), managed identities, RBAC, and OAuth flowsWork with Azure DevOps to: Create and maintain CI/CD pipelinesManage source control, builds, and releasesAutomate infrastructure and deployment workflowsDevelop and maintain backend logic and integrations using Python (intermediate proficiency)Write and optimize SQL queries for data access, analytics, and agent context enrichmentMonitor, debug, and optimize AI agent performance, reliability, and costEnsure security, compliance, and responsible AI practices are followedCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutionsMaintain technical documentation and deployment guidelines
