Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they align with organizational goals and objectives. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of project management and budgeting. We are seeking individuals who are eager and willing to commit and grow with our organization. Duties: - Traveling to various job sites including Atlanta, Savannah, Alabama, North and South Carolina. * Gas reimbursement provided. - Measuring and estimating. - Financial record keeping and job costing. - Engage in ongoing training and professional development - Meet with clients to discuss project planning, scope and budgeting. - Monitor project progress and performance, implementing changes as necessary to ensure successful completion. - Daily updates on job progress. Communicate with clients to address specific needs as applicable. - Complete project within budget and timeline while meeting quality standards. - Supervise contractors' workflow, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle while fostering a collaborative environment. Requirements: - Previous experience in project management or a related role. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills - Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management - Demonstrated project leadership skills with a focus on achieving results. - Exceptional leadership qualities that inspire teams towards success. - Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation Join our team as a Project Manager where you will play a crucial role in driving projects forward while enhancing your professional growth within a dynamic environment!
