Project Manager

Position OverviewProSight Talent is partnering with a growing organization to identify an experienced Project Manager to lead complex construction and design/build projects from initiation through completion.This role is responsible for managing multiple commercial projects simultaneously, leading project teams, and ensuring successful delivery across scope, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of execution, leadership, and financial oversight in fast-paced, multi-project environments.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & LeadershipLead large-scale or multiple concurrent projects from assignment through closeoutOversee Assistant Project Managers and project team membersDrive project planning, coordination, and execution across all phasesMaintain clear communication with internal teams, clients, and stakeholdersFinancial & Budget ManagementManage project budgets, forecasting, and cost controlsOversee procurement processes, subcontracting, and purchase ordersTrack and price Change Order Requests (CORs)Lead monthly progress billings and Accounts Receivable follow-upScheduling & OperationsDevelop, monitor, and adjust project schedules to ensure timely deliveryManage submittals, RFIs, and contract documentationEnsure alignment across design, construction, and operational workflowsClient & Stakeholder EngagementBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsServe as the primary point of contact for project-related communicationEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat businessProject CloseoutEnsure all project closeout requirements are completed accurately and on timeMaintain documentation and compliance throughout the project lifecycleAdditional ResponsibilitiesSupport contract review processesParticipate in training and continuous development initiativesEnsure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and regulationsPerform additional duties as needed to support business objectivesQualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field requiredMinimum 10+ years of experience in construction, project management, or related disciplinesProven experience managing large, complex, or multiple concurrent projectsSkills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and team management capabilitiesExpertise in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocationExcellent communication and client-facing skillsHigh level of organization and ability to manage competing prioritiesAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilitiesWork Environment & RequirementsPrimarily office or jobsite office environmentMay require flexible hours, periodic overtime, and occasional travelAbility to perform desk-based work with occasional light liftingWhy This OpportunityThis is an opportunity to step into a high-impact role where you will:Lead meaningful, complex projectsInfluence operational success and client relationshipsWork in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment
