Full-TimeAppleOne is partnering with a well-established and growing MEP engineering firm in Miami to identify a Director of Engineering (MEP) to lead internal production, drive technical excellence, and oversee multi-discipline project delivery.This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role working closely with ownership to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.?? What You'll Be Doing:Oversee daily production across Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) disciplinesAct as the primary point of contact for active projects, including attending coordination & OAC meetingsLead and support discipline team leads (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)Serve as the escalation point for technical and coordination challengesBalance team workload and staffing across multiple projectsEnforce and elevate QA/QC standards and drawing qualityLead weekly production meetings and ensure alignment on deadlinesIdentify inefficiencies and implement process improvements?? Qualifications:10+ years of MEP design experienceFlorida PE license (preferred or in progress)Strong background in at least one discipline (multi-discipline experience preferred)Prior experience leading teams and/or managing projectsProficiency in Revit with strong multi-discipline coordination understandingStrong communication and decision-making skillsHigh-rise building experience is required??
