Engineering Regional Lead (MEP)

The CompanyA leading global consultancy is seeking a Healthcare Sector Leader to play a pivotal role in delivering an ambitious growth strategy, they have already achieved significant growth across the US, establishing a design and advisory team generating approximately $100M in annual fees. With a clear strategic vision in place, they are now focused on scaling the business further, with plans to double revenue to over $200M within the next five years. This position will focus on driving business development, strengthening key client relationships, and expanding market presence across the Northeast region.Working closely with regional market leaders, office directors, and cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will help shape and execute a strategic approach to client engagement and project delivery.
