Trial Litigation Attorney

Your years of experience will also help coach our newer associates toward a similar route to success.If this sounds like a perfect position for you, please send us your resume today.Responsibilities:Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motionsPrepare for and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration hearingsSupervise and mentor lower level attorneys in proper conflict resolution techniquesArgue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedingsPrepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests/responsesQualifications:Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervisionExcellent time management and interpersonal skills are required, as well as persuasive writing and verbal communication skillsBachelor’s degree with a law degree from an accredited law school (such as an LLM, JSD, or J.D. degree)Member of state and local bar associations in good standingAt least 5 years of experience working as a senior associate attorneyCompensation:$150,000 - $300,000 yearly
