Title: Corporate Procurement Manager / Procurement Systems ManagerSalary: $120,000 - $130,000/year + 20% annual bonusLocation: HYBRID, Scottsdale, 4 days in officeSchedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pmA Fortune 300 company in the Phoenix area is hiring a Corporate Procurement Manager focused on data, systems, and reporting within their procurement function. This is a hands-on seat that sits at the intersection of procurement operations and the data and tools that power it. You'll own the integrity of procurement data flowing through Oracle Fusion Cloud, build and maintain reporting that procurement leadership and executive stakeholders rely on, and drive the kind of process and system improvements that turn a procurement function from reactive to proactive.The team is investing heavily in their analytics and reporting capabilities, and this role is central to that build out. If you've spent your career inside Oracle Fusion procurement modules, can write SQL against enterprise data warehouses, and want to be the person who makes spend visibility actually work, this is the seat.ResponsibilitiesManage day to day data integrity of the procurement system of record in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, including supplier master data, item master, contracts, and transactional data across source to payBuild, maintain, and govern reports and dashboards using OTBI, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and BI PublisherWrite SQL queries against Snowflake, Denodo, and other enterprise data sources to support ad hoc analysis and recurring reportingExecute data loads, migrations, and bulk updates using FBDI (File-Based Data Import)Partner with IT, analytics, and integration teams on system enhancements, configuration changes, and downstream data flowsStandardize how procurement data is captured, validated, and used across the businessSupport sourcing, contract, and spend analysis efforts with reliable, well-structured dataLead and develop one to two analysts on the team, providing technical mentorship and prioritizationPartner with procurement leadership on executive-level reporting, KPIs, and spend visibility initiativesQualifications5+ years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or procurement systems experienceHands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience within procurement, sourcing, or source to pay modules (required)Proficiency writing SQL against large enterprise datasetsWorking experience with SnowflakeWorking experience with Denodo or similar data virtualization toolsHands-on FBDI experience for data loads, migrations, and bulk updatesAdvanced ExcelStrong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholdersPreferredReport development experience in OTBI, Oracle Analytics Cloud, or BI Publisher2+ years leading or mentoring analysts or junior team membersContract management exposureCPM, CPSM, Six Sigma, or Lean Six Sigma certificationTrack record of process standardization or procurement transformation initiativesPrior experience inside a Fortune 500 or similarly complex enterprise environment------------------HireRisingWe're an IT staffing and consulting firm that connects high-caliber technology professionals with innovative organizations across the U.S. and nearshore markets, with new ventures into Finance & Accounting.
