Their workplace and administrative teams are polished, collaborative, and highly valued.THE ROLEThe firm is seeking an Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of the NYC office and deliver a seamless, white‑glove employee experience. This is a high‑visibility, relationship‑driven role partnering closely with senior leadership and global teams.Key duties include:Leading and developing a small receptionist teamOverseeing day‑to‑day office operations, vendors, and conference optimizationEnsuring health & safety complianceSupporting ESG initiatives and maintaining carbon reportingHandling office projects including fit‑outs, refurbishments, and movesActing as the NYC liaison for London/global leadershipDelivering a proactive, polished service experience for all stakeholdersTHE CANDIDATEThe ideal candidate is polished, proactive, and thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
