The Welder/Fabricator will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, operating welding equipment, fabricating metal components, assembling structures, and performing quality checks to ensure precision and compliance with specifications. This role involves using various tools, machinery, and techniques to create custom metal products while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Qualifications Proficiency in welding processes such as MIG, TIG, and Stick weldingAbility to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specificationsExperience with metal fabrication techniques, including cutting, bending, and assemblyFamiliarity with operating and maintaining fabrication tools and machineryStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of workplace safety standards and safe equipment handlingPrevious experience in the metals fabrication industry is highly valuedHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in welding or metal fabrication are a plus
