The ideal candidate should possess deep understanding of ML models, AI/ML lifecycle management, conversational AI tools, and product-oriented program delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end AI/ML project and program execution.Coordinate cross-functional teams including Data Science, Engineering, Product, and QA.Manage AI/ML lifecycle activities including model development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.Work closely with conversational AI platforms involving intent/dialog configuration and conversation engineering.Evaluate and test different AI/ML tools and frameworks.Drive product-focused execution with strong stakeholder management.Track delivery milestones, dependencies, risks, and business outcomes.Ensure successful execution of AI/ML initiatives in Agile environments.Required SkillsStrong Technical Program Management experience.Hands-on exposure to AI/ML projects and ML lifecycle.Knowledge of ML models and AI frameworks.Experience with Conversational AI, intent configuration, and dialog flows.Product management mindset and execution capability.Experience evaluating/testing AI/ML tools.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Agile/Scrum experience.Preferred QualificationsEx-Amazon candidates highly preferred.Experience working with enterprise AI platforms.Prior experience managing GenAI or Conversational AI programs.
