As a Level 2 Support Technician at Stratti, you’ll support multiple business clients and help deliver a world-class MSP experience.Why You'll Love This Role:You’ll own meaningful escalations (not just password resets).You’ll work across modern environments: M365/Entra ID, Windows Server, networking, and security.You’ll be part of a team that values communication, documentation, and client experience.What You'll Do:Be the User's Champion: Make their experience exceptional.Problem Solver: Identity/MFA issues, M365 administration, Windows Server/AD/GPO, and networking troubleshooting.Tech Guru: Develop deep technical knowledge of Windows-based environments. Well-rounded in networks, firewalls, servers, and cloud solutions.Collaborative Team Player: Work closely with other team members and departments to deliver seamless service.Communicator Extraordinaire: Build strong client relationships and communicate your findings and solutions effectively.After-Hours Hero: Be part of our after-hours support team rotation, ready to assist. (5-7 weeks rotation)What We're Looking For:5+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.Proven track record in an MSP or multi-client environmentStrong understanding of IT infrastructure and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Proficiency in documentation and knowledge management.Additional Information: This is a remote position that requires occasional on-site visits to a client's location.
