You will move quickly, test ideas in public, and build systems that scale content and distribution. You will shape how developers discover and understand Vercel.What You Will Do:Own day-to-day execution across Vercel’s social channelsDefine and run a cohesive, cross-platform strategyShip high-quality content at a high cadenceTest formats, trends, and distribution tactics continuouslyUse AI tools to speed up creation, editing, and iterationBuild simple systems or scripts to improve publishing and growthTrack performance and adjust quickly based on dataPartner with product, marketing, and developer relationsTurn moments in tech, AI, and developer culture into contentEvolve Vercel’s voice and brand across platformsAbout You:3–5+ years growing social accounts, ideally in tech or startupsStrong taste and intuition for internet and developer cultureClear track record of audience growth and engagementComfortable shipping content dailyExperience across formats including video, threads, and visualsFamiliar with AI tools for content creation and automationComfortable building or hacking together tools and workflowsStrong writing and storytelling skillsUses data to guide decisions and experimentsBonus if you have:Experience with developer audiences or technical productsBasic coding or scripting experienceExperience with APIs or automation toolsPersonal content or social presenceExperience in fast-growing companiesBenefits:Competitive compensation package, including equity.Inclusive Healthcare Package.Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.Flexible Time Off.We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $168,000 - $210,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role.
