Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will be responsible for executing our social media strategy across all platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive subscriber growth. You'll need a strong background in content creation, including video, images, and written content, with essential social media management skills. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sustainable transportation and skilled at creating compelling content that resonates with both B2B and B2C audiences.ResponsibilitiesImplement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand voice and business objectivesCreate, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging channelsPlan and execute social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversionMonitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize resultsEngage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and brand-appropriate mannerCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Product to ensure brand consistency and support business objectivesDevelop and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic postingLeverage influencer partnerships to expand our reachRequirementsBachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field1- 3+ years of professional social media management experience with a proven track record of growing engagement and followersStrong portfolio demonstrating expertise in content creation across multiple formats (video, images, written content)Proficiency with social media management tools (such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.)Excellent copywriting and editing skills with attention to detailExperience with social media analytics and ability to translate data into actionable insightsKnowledge of current social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practicesAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsGraphic design skills are a plus (experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools)Experience with video production and editing is highly desirablePassion for sustainable transportation and urban mobility is preferredLocation:Remote, with preference for San Francisco Bay AreaWe're committed to supporting our employees' overall well-being and success, and we believe our benefits package reflects our commitment.If you're excited about shaping the future of social media marketing in a fast-growing startup environment that's making a positive impact on urban sustainability, we encourage you to apply.
