Lead Service Plumber

Our team is growing, and we're looking for our next problem-solving plumber. We're looking for an experienced and licensed plumber to help our growing book of customers. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, replacing, and repairing a variety of plumbing work orders. You're familiar with interpreting blueprints and making sure every job you complete meets building codes. If this sounds promising, apply today!Responsibilities:Identify and fix plumbing problems, including component replacement and installationCertify newly installed components properly functionPresent customers with a total for the plumbing services, repairs, and installationComplete preventative maintenance for customersEnter completed projects and the parts used into databaseLead, support, and manage plumbing crews to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to company standardsWork closely with office staff on scheduling, dispatching, job flow, and communicationAssist with sales efforts, job estimates, and customer follow-up when neededQualifications:Physically able to lift 50lbs, work in tight spaces, crawl, and great physical dexterityCertification from a plumbing program at a technical or trade schoolProvide outstanding communication to a diverse group of customers and a good problem-solverThis position requires 1+ years of apprenticeship in the field with a master plumberApplicant must have high school diploma or equivalentStrong leadership and people-management skillsAbout Company:Frantz Plumbing is a well-established, locally owned plumbing company that has proudly served our community for over 50 years.
