Maintenance Plumber

Job Description We are looking for a personable, problem-solving, and experienced plumber to join our team. You'll be responsible for a variety of work orders, visiting homes and businesses to work on gas and water supply systems, as well as troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing fixtures.The ideal candidate has the technical skills to identify and isolate problems, is familiar with using hand, power, and plumbing tools, and is proficient at interpreting blueprints and building codes. Start your application today!Compensation:$35 - $45 hourlyResponsibilities:Fulfill preventative maintenance orders for customersRead and apply electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagramsEnter completed projects and the parts used into databaseCertify newly installed components properly functionPresent customers with a total for the plumbing services, repairs, and installationLead, support, and manage plumbing crews to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to company standardsWork closely with office staff on scheduling, dispatching, job flow, and communicationAssist with sales efforts, job estimates, and customer follow-up when neededMonitor daily operations, productivity, and job performanceQualifications:Able to communicate clearly and effectively, and an exceptional problem-solverCandidate must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's licenseEPA 608 refrigerant recovery certification requiredHigh school diploma or GED requiredAttended technical or trade school for plumbing certificationStrong leadership and people-management skillsAbility to communicate clearly with technicians, office staff, and customersAbout CompanyFrantz Plumbing is a well-established, locally owned plumbing company that has proudly served our community for over 50 years.
