Marketing Technology Personalization Specialist

Digital Marketing Personalization SpecialistYamaha has an opportunity for a Digital Marketing Personalization Specialist to join our Digital Transformation team in Kennesaw, GA (no relocation offered at this time). This position will design and deliver 1:1 customer experiences using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Salesforce MCP). This role blends technical execution with strategic thinking to drive measurable improvements in engagement, conversion, and customer lifetime value. This position will serve as the implementation authority for personalization across Yamaha's digital experiences, ensuring personalization is scalable, measurable, and built on a strong data foundation.(Note: Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. Visa sponsorship is not available)What You'll Be Doing:Implement and configure Salesforce MCP to deliver real-time, personalized experiences across web and digital channels.Translate business use cases (cross-sell, next-best-offer, lifecycle messaging) into executable personalization strategies and decisioning logic.Integrate MCP with Salesforce Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud) and digital analytics to activate unified, event-driven customer profiles.Define and develop personalization rules, decisioning logic, and experimentation frameworks (A/B, multivariate).Partner with marketing, product, analytics and data teams to prioritize and measure personalization initiatives and define success metrics.Ensure personalization efforts are measurable, scalable, and aligned to privacy and consent standards.Influence the long-term personalization roadmap and maturity model.Other duties as assigned.What You Need to be Successful:Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field5+ years of experience in data, segmentation strategy, and marketing technology3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio/Evergage)Experience implementing personalization in enterprise environments across multiple sites and product linesStrong understanding of customer data, segmentation, and real-time decisioningProficient in sitemap and event configuration, SDK implementation, Einstein features, and AMPscript, JavaScript, and HTML/CSSAbility to independently design personalization strategies and campaign architectureSkilled at balancing technical best practices with marketing objectives and customer experience goals in cross-functional teamsDon't meet every single requirement?
