Recruiting Manager
Job Summary:
TSR Concrete Coatings & ReVamp Fence, Deck & Rail is seeking a dynamic and strategic Recruiting Manager to lead talent acquisition efforts across multiple departments and locations. This role oversees end-to-end recruitment processes, develops effective sourcing strategies, and partners closely with leadership to meet current and future workforce needs. The Recruiting Manager plays a key role in supporting company growth by attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all assigned locations and positions
Lead, train, and support Recruiters to ensure consistent hiring standards and performance
Review candidate pipelines, interview summaries, and hiring recommendations before submission to leadership
Partner with General Managers and leadership to understand staffing needs, timelines, and workforce planning
Ensure recruiters are effectively sourcing, screening, and coordinating qualified candidates
Monitor recruitment metrics, reporting, and hiring progress to ensure goals are met
Maintain compliance with company hiring policies and applicable employment laws
Oversee job postings, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment documentation
Address escalated candidate or hiring issues as needed
Continuously improve recruiting strategies, processes, and candidate experience
Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership regarding hiring activity and trends
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of recruiting or human resources experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role
Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a recruiting team
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Gmail, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and applicant tracking systems
Professional demeanor with high energy and a solutions-focused mindset
