Our team focuses on delivering high-quality workmanship, safety, and long-term roofing solutions through coatings, TPO, EPDM, spray foam,reroofing, and maintenance services.Position OverviewC & R Roof Restoration PLLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial RoofingProject Manager to oversee roofing and restoration projects from pre-construction through finalcompletion. This role is responsible for coordinating manpower, materials, subcontractors,schedules, safety, quality control, and customer communication to ensure projects are completedsafely, efficiently, and profitably.The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and aworking knowledge of commercial roofing systems including coatings, TPO, EPDM, spray foam,reroofing, and roof restoration applications.Key Responsibilities● Manage multiple commercial roofing projects simultaneously from handoff throughcloseout● Coordinate project schedules, labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and deliveries● Conduct pre-construction meetings and maintain communication with customers,vendors, field crews, and internal staff● Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, submittals, and scope of work● Prepare and issue purchase orders, work orders, subcontract agreements, and projectdocumentation● Track job costs, budgets, change orders, WIP reporting, and cost-to-complete forecasting● Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget● Perform site visits to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and proper installationpractices● Resolve project issues, disputes, delays, and field concerns in a professional and timelymanner● Assist with billing, collections, and project closeout documentation● Ensure all permits, inspections, insurance requirements, and safety regulations aremaintained throughout the project lifecycle● Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support repeat business andlong-term partnershipsQualifications● Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial roofing project management orcommercial construction management● Working knowledge of commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, coatings, sprayfoam, and reroofing applications preferred● Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and construction documents● Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and project coordination● Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn project management software● Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously● Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record● Ability to climb ladders and access rooftops for project inspections and site visitsPreferred Qualifications● OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification● Previous estimating or commercial construction experience● Bilingual Spanish is a plusPhysical Requirements● Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions● Ability to walk roofs, climb ladders, and navigate active construction sites● Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds● Travel to job sites as neededBenefits● Competitive salary based on experience● Company vehicle or vehicle allowance● Company phone and computer● Health insurance options● Paid holidays and PTO● 401(k) opportunities● Opportunities for advancement and professional growth
