Job Post Summary Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour Job Title: Assembler – Electronic (with Hydraulic Press Experience) Location: San Jose & Fremont Shifts: 1st: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Mon–Fri) 2nd: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM (Mon–Fri) Salary: $20.00–$23.00 Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Electronic Assembler with proven skills in both electronic assembly and hydraulic press operation. The role involves assembling electronic equipment using blueprints, diagrams, and precision tools while safely operating hydraulic presses for component fabrication and fitting. Responsibilities include soldering, inspection, quality assurance, and training others. Tasks may shift based on business needs. Key Responsibilities Assemble products per specifications using hand tools, soldering equipment, and hydraulic presses. Safely set up, operate, and maintain hydraulic press equipment to form, cut, or press components. Identify defects, complete documentation, and perform product rework as required. Train others on assembly processes, hydraulic press safety, and machine operations. Inspect wiring, components, and pressed parts for compliance with ISO quality standards. Conduct functional testing and verify dimensions using calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools. Pack, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety and PPE requirements. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). 4+ years of assembly experience, including 2+ years operating hydraulic presses (preferred). Proficient with tools, blueprints, schematics, and soldering techniques. Knowledge of hydraulic press setup, safety procedures, and troubleshooting. Strong problem-solving, communication, and quality control skills. Able to lift 35 lbs., push/pull carts, and work safely around machinery. Reliable, punctual, and flexible to cross-train across multiple functions. Preferred Experience Large chassis builds, PCB work, and functional electronic testing. Experience training or mentoring others in assembly and hydraulic press operations.
