Client Details A reputable commercial builder with consistent repeat clients, delivering ground-up office, retail, and corporate facilities with strong subcontractor relationships across Chicagoland. Description Manage site logistics, crane/hoist planning (if applicable), and subcontractor coordination Lead weekly pull-planning / lookahead meetings and drive constraint removal Maintain quality standards and ensure punchlist readiness throughout the build Track production, manpower, and progress reporting; escalate schedule risks early Partner with PM on change events, procurement timing, and closeout deliverables Profile 5+ years of superintendent experience on ground-up commercial builds Strong concrete, envelope, interiors sequencing knowledge Comfortable leading multiple trades and holding subs accountable OSHA-10 minimum; OSHA-30 preferred Procore (or similar) preferred Job Offer Bonus potential Vehicle allowance or company vehicle Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k) match PTO + paid holidays Stable local work with minimal travel MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
