A health services network in New York City is currently a licensed Physician, with a Family and/or Internal Medicine background, for a promising position at one of their practices in Manhattan. About the Opportunity: Schedule: Monday to Thursday Setting: Private Practice Patient Population: Outpatient Responsibilities: The Family / Internal Medicine Physician will be responsible for: Perform history and physical assessments, as indicated Provide services in accordance with generally acceptable standards of medical practice Develop a plan of treatment/care for the patient that also includes education and follow-up visits Make referrals, as indicated by the needs of the patient Communicate with other healthcare providers related to diagnosis, treatment and plan for the patient either verbally and/or through documentation in the medical record Maintain current and complete documentation in the medical record that reflects the care and services provided to the patient Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications: Licensed to practice medicine in the State of New York Board Certification in Internal Medicine and/or Family Medicine Your privacy is important to us.
