Job Details Specialty: Gastroenterology Start Date: ASAP Contract Length: 3 months Shift Details: 7 am - 5 pm Work Details Support Staff: OR team and CRNA. APPS may be on shift as well. Coverage Needed: Full-time Patients per Day: 10 Patient Population/Age: Adult Department Description: Outpatient and Inpatient GI. Preferences include Upper GI w/foreign body removal, fulguration of bleeder, with injection of varices, with banding of varices; ERCP, ERCP w/PEG; Liver biopsy; Insertion/mgmt of Sengstaken/Blakemore tube. EMR: EPIC Hospital Bed Size: 600 Special Procedures: EUS Skills Required: Upper and lower GI with biopsy; Diagnostic; Therapeutic; Esophageal dilation/manometry with interpretation; Small bowel biopsy; Lower GI endoscopy; Sigmoidoscopy (Rigid); Colonoscopy w/biopsy, Colonoscopy w/excision of polyp. Advanced Endoscopy a plus.
