We strive to create a comfortable atmosphere, paired with modern resources, so our team can perform at their best each day.We are currently seeking a compassionate and detail oriented Dental Hygienist to join our team. In this role, you will provide high quality preventive dental care, educate patients on proper oral hygiene, and support the clinical team in delivering an exceptional patient experience. Your clinical expertise and patient focused approach will play an important role in promoting long term oral health within our community.Schedule: Full Time, Tuesday - Friday ResponsibilitiesPerform thorough dental cleanings including scaling, polishing, and root planing as neededTake and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)Conduct oral health assessments and chart conditions of teeth and gumsEducate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive careApply sealants and fluoride treatments when appropriatePrepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to infection control protocolsAssist the dentist during exams and procedures as needed Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in the dental recordMonitor and maintain hygiene supplies and equipmentEnsure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory standardsPlease note that additional responsibilities may be assignedQualificationsRequirements Valid Dental Hygiene license in the state of practiceAssociate degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program Preferred SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGentle and compassionate chairside mannerProficiency with dental software and digital chartingAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamAttention to detail and commitment to delivering quality careFamiliarity with common dental procedures and patient education techniques We OfferCompetitive CompensationBenefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Flexible Spending Accounts, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and much more!Specialized Dental Partners, its affiliates, related companies and independently owned supported clinical practices are proud to be Equal Opportunity Employers.
