HUD Inspector

Title: Senior Living Code InspectorJob Type: Part-time and Independent ContractorWe are currently seeking a qualified Senior Living Code Inspector to perform Housing Quality Standards (HQS) inspections for senior care facilities.Responsibilities:Schedule and conduct on-site inspections for new construction and substantial rehabilitation of senior living properties under OHP guidelinesEvaluate units for compliance with HUD Housing Quality Standards (HQS)Complete inspection reports and required documentation in accordance with HUD and OHP contract requirements and company guidelinesQualifications:Willingness to travel for inspectionsValid driver's license and reliable transportationICC certification, engineering license, or architectural license ORAt least 5 years of experience in multifamily housing inspections ANDMinimum 2 years of experience performing inspections for HUD or other government/local agencies in multifamily housingCompensation and Benefits:$40 - $50 per hour, based on experience and qualificationsThis position is open to Independent Contractor Opportunity - Compensation NegotiableAbout AokaAoka is a third-party municipal services provider serving federal, state, and local governments with code compliance, inspections, and consulting.
