This is an on -site leadership role responsible for ensuring that field production teams execute efficiently while maintaining tight coordination with administrative staff to ensure complete, accurate, and timely job documentation.This role exists to stabilize and drive operational execution, not to support from the sidelines. The Operations Manager is accountable for how work gets done in the field and how cleanly it flows through the administrative process. When production breaks down, documentation lags, or jobs stall—this role owns the fix.This position is best suited for someone who has run crews, enforced standards, and held people accountable, not someone looking for a step up from a lead or coordinator role.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn day -to -day production operations for the Chattanooga marketLead and manage production teams to ensure jobs are completed on time, on scope, and to standardCoordinate closely with administrative staff to ensure job files, documentation, and reporting are accurate and completeServe as the primary operational problem -solver for production issues, delays, or breakdownsEnforce safety, quality, and performance standards in the fieldMaintain production schedules and resource allocation across active jobsCommunicate clearly and consistently with the Regional Manager on performance, challenges, and needsDrive accountability across crews, vendors, and internal partnersIdentify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions to improve throughput and executionWhat This Role Is — and Is NotThis is a hands -on operations leadership role, not an administrative positionThis is not appropriate for junior supervisors or coordinatorsThis role requires direct engagement with crews and production realitiesSuccess is measured by execution, documentation quality, and operational flowWhy This OpportunityThis role offers clear authority, immediate responsibility, and visible impact in a growing operation.
