We build and operate within structured frameworks that allow us to produce consistent, high-quality work at scale, while continuously evolving how we work through new tools, technologies, and ideas.We are continuing to expand into new markets and evolve our offering, creating ongoing opportunities for growth, ownership, and impact within the team.About the RoleThe Graphic Designer is a hands-on design role for someone who can operate at both a creative and operational level.You will be responsible for producing high-quality work across a wide range of outputs, while also contributing to brand development, presenting ideas to stakeholders, and working within established systems that enable scale.The right candidate is a strong designer with a sharp eye, clear communication skills, and the ability to move efficiently without compromising quality. You understand how to balance creativity with structure, and you are comfortable working across multiple projects, timelines, and levels of complexity.ResponsibilitiesDesign and produce high-quality marketing and branding assets across digital and print, including social, email, presentations, brochures, signage, and event materialsSupport agents, listings, and new developments with full lifecycle marketing, from concept and branding through execution and ongoing campaignsLead and contribute to new development projects, including pitch materials, brand identity, website design, and launch assetsDevelop brand identities and contribute to brand positioning for agents and Signature listingsPresent and communicate creative concepts clearly to internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, particularly on new development initiativesExecute within established templates, frameworks, and service tiers while maintaining a high standard of design quality and consistencyBuild, maintain, and evolve the corporate template librarySupport or participate in internal workshops and presentations on branding, marketing, and designManage priorities effectively, consistently meeting deadlines with minimal revisionsExplore and apply AI tools to improve efficiency and expand creative output*The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.Qualifications4–5 years of experience in graphic design with a marketing/branding focusStrong portfolio demonstrating brand development and multi-channel executionProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Experience designing for both digital and print environmentsStrong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearlyAbility to balance creative thinking with structured executionStrong time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentComfortable giving and receiving clear, constructive feedbackAbility to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and workflowsNice to have:Motion or animation experience (After Effects)UI/UX or web design experience (Figma, Adobe XD, Squarespace)Experience with email marketing platforms and project management toolsSkillsConsistent, high-quality output delivered on timeStrong communication and confidence in presenting creative workLow revision cycles due to alignment with systems and brand standardsMeaningful contributions to the corporate template libraryAbility to support full lifecycle marketing across agents, listings, and new developmentsActive participation in improving workflows, tools, and efficiencyHiring StatementSERHANT. is committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination or harassment.
