Planner

Planner – Aerospace Manufacturing *3P Processing | Wichita, KS* *Starting Pay: $18.00/hour* *Full-Time | Hourly* 3P Processing is looking for an organized, detail-oriented *Planner* to join our team! This position plays an important role in keeping production moving by coordinating schedules, reviewing customer requirements, and working closely with multiple departments to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time. What You’ll Do * Review customer purchase orders for accuracy and processing requirements * Interpret customer instructions and OEM specifications * Create and maintain production and processing schedules * Establish job sequences, processing times, lead times, and due dates * Coordinate workflow between departments to meet customer shipping requirements * Make scheduling adjustments for rework, job splits, quantity changes, and other production needs * Identify delays and help expedite jobs to keep production on schedule * Work closely with Shipping & Receiving and production departments to keep work flowing * Communicate regularly with multiple departments regarding priorities and scheduling * Assist with process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives * Maintain accurate documentation and planning information What We’re Looking For * Strong organizational and planning skills * Excellent attention to detail * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills * Effective written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency with Microsoft Office * Strong follow-up skills and a customer-focused mindset * Ability to learn and understand different aerospace processing requirements * Planning or manufacturing experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider candidates with transferable skills Why Join 3P Processing?
