Position : Devops/Middleware Engineer Location: Dallas, TX Middleware Engineering, OpenShift, and automation skillsets. Job Description:Support the Web Middleware Technology Team in onboarding new applications using Chef and CI/CD pipelines and work on lifecycle management of SSL certificates. • Chef + Ansible + Puppet + Saltstack • AWS + Azure + GCP simultaneously • Multiple CI/CD toolsShould demonstrates SME-level understanding in OpenShift/Kubernetes, with strong hands-on experience in application deployment, administration, and production troubleshooting.Assist the development team in repairing the applications for Tomcat issues.Designing, developing, and deploying the applications by utilizing Chef, Ansible, Jenkins and GitLab within a robust Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.Orchestrating the seamless installation and configuration of middleware software systems for the smooth integration and operationVersion Control Systems: Atlassian Bitbucket, GitHub.Containerization and Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, RedHat OpenShift.Application Servers: IBM WebSphere, Apache Tomcat, Redhat JBoss EAP.Configuration Management and Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Chef, Terraform, Puppet, Ansible.Cloud Computing Platforms: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google cloud, Azure.Build and Dependency Management: Jenkins, Maven, and Gradle.Streaming Platform: Apache Kafka.Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Ansible.Operating Systems and Scripting: Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Bash Shell script, Java Script and Python.
