HVAC Office Assistant

This position supports both office and warehouse functions—handling admin tasks, assisting with vendors and deliveries, and helping coordinate HVAC service operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic warehouse environment. The position also requires the ability to lift objects over 40 pounds when receiving deliveries from vendors. If you're organized, reliable, and thrive in a hands-on environment, we want to hear from you!Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Demonstrates strong knowledge of HVAC systems, terminology, and industry practices. Assists with coordinating HVAC service calls, scheduling, and dispatching technicians. Maintains accurate service records, work orders, and equipment documentation. Supports HVAC Service Manager with administrative and operational tasks. Communicates effectively with customers regarding HVAC service inquiries and appointments. Processes purchase orders, receives materials, and tracks HVAC inventory and parts. Coordinates warehouse duties related to HVAC equipment and supplies. Ensures proper documentation and compliance with HVAC company standards and procedures. Maintains organized electronic and hardcopy files for HVAC service and mechanical operations. Completes additional HVAC-related tasks as assigned by the HVAC Service Manager.
