Qualifications and Skills - Licensed to provide facial services in Massachusetts - A client service-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with clients, studio management, and coworkers - Sales-driven individual who can speak knowledgeably about skincare products - Previous experience in a spa environment providing facials - Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and work areas Compensation and Benefits - Team members earn $20 per hour + commission for retail product sales - Discount on retail products - Discount on Massage Therapy services - 401k and 401k matching contribution - Health Insurance - Full 2-week intensive facial & skincare training Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 per hour Experience: esthetician: 2 years (Required) Ability to Commute: Middleton, MA 01949 (Required) Work Location: In person
