Our ability to manage projects with accurate pricing and exceptional craftsmanship inspires client confidence, and it's not by coincidence that more than 75 percent of our business is from repeat customers.From coast-to-coast, notable projects include the Aria, Cosmopolitan, Paris, Encore, Caesars Palace, Luxor Hotel and Casino, and Red Rock Resort in Las Vegas, Hudson Yards and Resorts World Casino in New York, Table Mountain Resort and Pechanga Resort in California, and The Choctaw Hotel and Casino in Oklahoma.Extraordinary Projects need Exceptional TalentDESCRIPTION:The MEP Coordinators work with the design consultants and key sub-contractors to select the best equipment for the project, build it virtually and then build it in the field followed by a robust commissioning effort.Reviews, interprets and accurately evaluates scope of work in the project documentsEvaluates schedule and plans to determine when materials are to be procured and installedProvides updated procurement information on a weekly basis to scheduler assigned to the projectCreates spreadsheets for material, install and installation procurement log and maintain on a weekly basisFacilitates 3D cad coordination meetings and ensures information is processed in a timely and efficient manner in order to meet scheduleEnters RFI's into Procore and track progressPrepares submittal package for submission to architect/engineerPrepares transmittals through ProcoreEvaluates changes and subcontractor change order estimates relating to Mechanical, plumbing and fire suppression subcontractor workVerifies change order requests from subcontractors for accuracy and consistencyObtains or maintains a working knowledge of the Mechanical, plumbing and fire suppression Codes, Life Safety Codes and local requirementsConducts daily job walks to ensure the accuracy and quality of the Mechanical, plumbing and fire suppression system installationFollow and enforce the program for Mechanical, plumbing and fire suppression systemsDemonstrates technical knowledge of the construction industry and the ability to use cost-estimating methodsApplies knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in construction field REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar3 or more years of related construction or engineering experienceDependable, consistent, diligent, and thoroughCreative and resourceful in completing tasks accurately in a compressed timeframeDemonstrates good written and oral communications and team skillsIntermediate knowledge of Windows Operating SystemsIntermediate skill level with MSOffice suite, Procore and RevitOUR MISSIONWe build critical infrastructure that creates a better world.OUR VISIONWe strive to be the preeminent full-service civil, building, and specialty contractor by delivering innovative, transformative projects through world-class execution.
