Project Manager - Commercial Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout while maintaining full ownership of execution, project financials, and client relationships.This is not a support-level role. The ideal candidate will independently manage projects end-to-end — including estimating, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, contracts, and client communication — across a diverse pipeline of commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on construction professional who understands both field operations and project financial management, thrives in an ownership-driven environment, and takes pride in delivering successful projects from award through completion.What You'll OwnManage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutOversee project budgets, forecasting, schedules, contracts, and overall financial performanceCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and field teams throughout all project phasesReview drawings, specifications, scopes, and contracts for project alignment and constructabilityManage estimating coordination, procurement, buyout, RFIs, submittals, and change ordersServe as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong project relationshipsConduct site visits to monitor project progress, quality, scheduling, and field coordinationIdentify and proactively resolve project risks, delays, and operational challengesMaintain organized project documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycleSuccessfully manage multiple concurrent projects with minimal oversightRequirements5+ years of commercial construction project management experience, or a construction-related degree with demonstrated project responsibilityHands-on experience with estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and contract managementProven ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong communication, coordination, and client-facing skillsHighly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a high-autonomy environmentExperience with commercial, industrial, or institutional construction projects preferredPMP, OSHA, or comparable certifications are a plusMust be willing to work onsite in Fort Smith, ARRelocation candidates are welcomeBenefits$75,000–$100,000 base salaryPerformance-based growth opportunitiesStable pipeline of commercial, industrial, and institutional projectsHigh level of autonomy with a clear path for long-term advancementIf you're looking for an opportunity to independently lead projects and grow within a fast-moving construction environment, we'd love to hear from you.
