BIM CoordinatorCompany: Procon E&C Location: GA & TX Salary: $100,000+ annually About Procon E&C: Procon E&C is a specialty contractor focusing on mechanical and electrical projects. We have a proven track record in system ceiling installation at Samsung Semiconductor, duct and louver work at SK sites, and collaborating on 3D modeling (BIM) projects with various partners. We are seeking a qualified BIM Coordinator to join our team and assist in both sales and project coordination. Position SummaryThe BIM Coordinator will split their time evenly between sales-related tasks and project coordination duties. This role involves working directly with customers to manage and maintain relationships, as well as collaborating closely with BIM engineers to ensure project success. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining existing relationships, and managing the delivery of high-quality BIM solutions. Regular communication with internal teams and external clients, ensuring timely project delivery and technical support, will be a key focus. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Assist in acquiring new clients and opportunities for the company's BIM services. Work closely with BIM engineers to communicate client needs and ensure proper project execution. Coordinate and participate in project planning meetings, reviews, and problem-solving sessions. Deliver client feedback to the engineering team to continuously improve service quality. Organize and lead BIM project reviews and training sessions for clients and staff. Serve as the main point of contact for client communications throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications3+ years of hands-on experience with BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD). Proven experience in sales, customer management, and project coordination. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Bilingual in English and Korean (mandatory). Ability to effectively collaborate with engineers and clients to solve complex project issues. Certifications in BIM or Construction Management are preferred but not required. Additional RequirementsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Experience in delivering customer-focused solutions based on client needs. Team player with a strong work ethic and an ability to adapt to new challenges quickly.
