Development Manager

A new non-profit in Spartanburg County is looking to hire a Development and Grants Manager to help strengthen their fundraising efforts, cultivate donor relationships, and secure sustainable funding for their organization. The ideal candidate will be a self starter and thrive on a small, mission driven team. This opportunity is direct hire.Responsibilities: Implement fundraising strategiesManage donor communications and stewardshipSupport small fundraising events and campaignsResearch and identify grant opportunitiesWrite proposals and reportsRepresent the organization by attending community eventsCultivate individual, business, and foundation donorsQualifications: 2-4 years of non profit development, fundraising or grant writingStrong writing, editing, and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesExperience with donor databasesBachelors degree is preferredBenefits & Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000PTO offered
