Hiwe have an immediate position for ServiceNow AIOps- Remote Work, if your interested, please share your resume to sri@dantatechnologies.netPosition: ServiceNow AIOpsLocation: TX RemoteDuration: 6+ MonthsPay rate @ $55/hr on W2 (All inclusive)Job DescriptionImplement and configure ServiceNow AIOps, including:Event ManagementHealth Log Analytics (HLA)Agent client collector implementation and Metric Intelligence (MI)Machine Learning-based anomaly detectionIntegrate monitoring tools (using OOTB Connector, REST API, SNMP trap etc) into ServiceNow.Design AIOps architecture, data flows, dashboards, and service health models.Configure alert rules, correlation logic, noise reduction policies, and service impact models.Develop automation workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and orchestration.Design ServiceNow Orchestration workflows and automation packs, and build automated remediation for common incidentsCollaborate with Cloud, DevOps, and ITSM teams to deliver endtoend solutions.Conduct client workshops, requirement analysis, documentation, testing, and knowledge transfer.Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript); working knowledge of Python/Shell/PowerShell.Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and ITIL processes.Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.Excellent communication and clientfacing abilities.ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CISITOM, CISDiscovery, CISEvent Management) good to have.Notes:- All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, religious creed, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, military and veteran status, marital status, pregnancy, gender, gender expression, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by local law, regulation, or ordinance.Benefits: Danta offers a compensation package to all W2 employees that are competitive in the industry.
