Property Manager Location: Great Neck, NY (On-Site, 5 Days/Week)Employment Type: Full-Time, PermanentCompensation: $90,000-$100,000A privately held, Long Island-based, Commercial Real Estate Investment Firm owning and managing over 57 million square feet of commercial real estate throughout the United States is seeking a talented Property Manager to join our growing teamWhat you will be doing:Oversee all aspects of repairs and maintenance for a portfolio of Commercial PropertiesManage and support onsite property staff who assist in coordinating all repairs and maintenance needsManage existing contractor relationships and solicit new contractors on an ongoing basisOversee all phases of projects from the bidding stage through completionEnsure that all routine and contracted services have been provided adequately to all Commercial PropertiesMaintain a thorough understanding of all Commercial Property activities and attributesHandle incoming tenant queries and triage efficientlyWork closely and communicate effectively with internal management and onsite property staffTake a hands-on approach when working with team members in specific aspects of Commercial Property maintenanceRequirements:2+ years of Commercial Real Estate property management or related experienceBasic knowledge of all building systems and repairsCustomer service-focusedStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced work environmentBenefits:Medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off (PTO)
