This is an excellent opportunity for a real estate professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and is confident engaging with senior stakeholders and clients.We are seeking a candidate with professional experience, business acumen, and communication skills.ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementManage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements.Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variances.Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.Portfolio ManagementUnderstand and proactively manage client’s real estate portfolio, including management of critical lease events and vendor or third party broker input to determine optimal strategy for each ProjectPrepare market and financial analysis and write-ups for transaction and funding approval documents. Coordinate final production with other client groups such as Finance, Tax, and LegalEffectively coordinate with Lease Administration team to ensure information is provided accurately and in a timely manner (e.g. lease abstracts or information updates as required).GeneralWork within broad guidelines and policies.Explain difficult or sensitive information.Strong written and verbal communication.CompensationIn order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in New York City for this role is $90,000 - $115,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.In addition to medical, dental and vision coverage, we offer a generous PTO plan, 401k program, comprehensive family planning benefits (including paid parental leave), tuition reimbursement, and pre-tax commuter benefits.
