Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.How you'll make an impact in this roleLead clinical care delivery by following established protocols to ensure every patient receives safe, high-quality, and evidence-based treatment.Coordinate the healing journey as the primary link between all medical specialties, ensuring the entire healthcare team is perfectly aligned with the patient's recovery goals.Execute care plans with precision by monitoring progress and communicating vital updates to the team to ensure responsive, real-time adjustments to treatment.Empower patients for life after the hospital by proactively assessing and managing discharge needs to ensure a safe, confident, and successful transition home.What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
