The Construction Superintendent will oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, managing teams, coordinating with stakeholders, enforcing site safety protocols, and ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.QualificationsExperience in Construction Site Management and overseeing daily operations on active sitesKnowledge of Construction Safety protocols and practices to ensure a safe working environmentStrong Organization Skills and the ability to maintain detailed project documentationExcellent communication and leadership skills to direct teams and liaise with clientsFamiliarity with Procore construction software and tools is a plus3-5 years of proven experience in commercial construction is required
