The ideal candidate will have prior retail pharmacy experience and a passion for helping others in a community-based setting. This role is essential to ensuring efficient pharmacy operations, excellent patient service, and accurate medication handling in alignment with our organization’s mission.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist pharmacists in preparing, dispensing, and labeling prescription medicationsProvide courteous and professional service to patients and healthcare providersManage inventory, restock supplies, and verify medication accuracyProcess prescriptions and insurance claims accurately and efficientlyMaintain organized and compliant pharmacy recordsSupport medication safety, confidentiality, and quality assurance standardsParticipate in health education or community outreach programs as neededQualificationsActive Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential requiredValid state pharmacy technician license 1–2 years of retail pharmacy experience strongly preferredExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and communication abilitiesCommitment to serving diverse and underserved populationsExperience with pharmacy software systems and electronic health recordsInterested in hearing more?
