We are known for speed, quality, and execution-and we're building a team that thrives in a hands-on, production-driven environment.Position SummaryWe are seeking a Production Lead (Kitting & Assembly) to oversee daily operations within our kitting, assembly, and fulfillment area. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.You will lead the team on the floor, coordinate workflow, and step in where needed to keep production moving.What You'll DoKitting & AssemblyLead daily kitting and assembly operations to ensure accuracy, efficiencies and completeness Set up jobs, stage materials, and ensure clear production flow Perform quality checks before orders move to shipping Adjust staffing and priorities to meet deadlines Fulfillment & ShippingOversee packing, labeling, and shipment preparation Prioritize orders based on deadlines and customer needs Troubleshoot issues (shortages, damages, mis-picks) quickly Team LeadershipLead, train, and support a production team in a fast-paced environment Assign daily tasks and manage workflow for efficiency Reinforce safety, quality, and productivity standards Provide real-time coaching and feedback Inventory & MaterialsCoordinate with warehouse teams to ensure materials are ready Track supply usage and minimize waste Proactively identify material shortages Process ImprovementIdentify and implement workflow improvements Support organization, cleanliness, and standard processes (5S mindset) RequirementsWhat We're Looking ForExperience2+ years in kitting, assembly, fulfillment, warehouse, or production environment Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred SkillsStrong attention to detail and organization Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment Hands-on leadership style- leads by example Strong problem-solving and communication skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods Lift up to 50 lbs as needed Comfortable working in a warehouse/production environment Compensation & Benefits$23.00 - $26.00 per hour (DOE) Benefits package available Opportunity for growth in a rapidly expanding company Why Join Direct Edge Media?Fast-growing company with advancement opportunities Team-oriented, high-energy environment Opportunity to make a direct impact on operations Apply TodayIf you're a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment, we'd love to hear from you.
