Community Association Manager

The responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations of community associations, managing budgets, organizing and attending meetings, maintaining compliance with governing documents, and addressing resident inquiries. The manager will also collaborate with board members, coordinate with vendors, and ensure community issues are resolved promptly and effectively. Qualifications Experience with community association management, including HOA, POA, or Condominium Association oversightStrong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and prioritiesExceptional communication and interpersonal skills for working with board members, residents, and vendorsAbility to interpret and apply governing documents, rules, and regulationsProficiency in budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor contract negotiationProblem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities to address community issues effectivelyProficiency in using digital tools and platforms for remote managementPrior experience in property management or a related field is a plusRelevant certification such as CMCA, AMS, or PCAM is highly desirable
