We are committed to accountability, transparency, and operational excellence in everything we do.We are currently seeking a Business Development Administrator to support our Outside Sales Team at our Greensboro, NC headquarters. This role plays a critical part in ensuring structure, consistency, and adherence to established processes across the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a high level of precision, organization, and accountability to their work.Success in this position is defined by accuracy, timeliness, and the ability to keep a dynamic sales team aligned, informed, and operating efficiently.Responsibilities: Support sales leadership by reinforcing process adherence and maintaining departmental standardsManage and maintain sales pipeline data across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and completenessTrack, input, and reconcile data related to discoveries, sales outcomes, and client informationGenerate and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics to support leadership decision-makingCoordinate follow-ups on action items, missing data, and post-sale documentation across teamsEnsure timely and accurate processing of all sales outcomes, including Go, NoGo, and No Sale statusesMonitor data integrity and proactively identify discrepancies or gaps within reporting systemsAct as a central point of coordination between sales, leadership, and internal teamsQualifications: Minimum Requirements:High School Diploma or GED equivalent1-3 years of experience in a professional roleProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field3-5 years of experience in a professional role, preferably in a sales or operations environmentExperience working with CRM systemsExperience in reporting through Tableau or similar data visualization toolsExperience with Adobe Pro and ClickUp (Canva experience is a plus)Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and organizationProactive and action-oriented with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problemsAssertive yet diplomatic communicator who can manage cross-functional relationshipsTechnically proficient and comfortable learning new systems and tools quicklyAnalytical thinker capable of interpreting data and identifying trends or discrepanciesHighly organized multitasker who can balance detailed execution with strategic awarenessWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
