Soto St., Los Angeles, CA 90033• Post-Training Location: 2990 Lomita Boulevard, Suite B, Torrance, CA 90505About the Role:The Patient Care Connect Coordinator will support patient scheduling and coordination activities within the Orthopedics specialty clinic. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment requiring excellent customer service, multitasking, and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate high-volume patient appointment scheduling• Register patients and maintain accurate EMR/EHR documentation• Verify insurance eligibility and assist with authorization processes• Serve as the primary liaison between patients, caregivers, providers, and clinic staff• Assist patients with portal access, referrals, and care coordination• Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience throughout the care process
