The ideal candidate will have experience in property management and be a team player.Responsibilities:Manage and oversee daily operations of the propertyEnsure all units are rented and rent is collected on timeHandle tenant complaints and resolve issues in a timely mannerMaintain property by addressing repairs and maintenance needsEnsure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulationsPrepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and other administrative tasksDevelop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractorsPerform other duties as assignedRequirements:Proven experience as a Property ManagerExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to property managementProficient in Microsoft Office and property management softwareBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
