Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel OR RN – Job Summary Breakdown Shift Details 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts 40 hours per week On-Call Requirement 1 call shift per week 1 weekend call per month Required Case Experience Candidates should have experience in: Vascular Procedures Endarterectomy (with stents & patches) Aneurysm procedures Vessel cleaning / clot removal during endarterectomy Other Surgical Cases Orthopedic procedures (Totals, ORIF, Arthroscopy) General Surgery Laparoscopic Surgery Endoscopy (GI) Some GYN procedures ENT procedures support (tubes, tonsils & adenoids, thyroid, nasal fracture repair) Additional Experience PACU experience required RN may assist with patient recovery during call-back situations Requirements Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS Minimum 2 years RN experience Previous travel experience preferred Orientation Conducted bi-weekly About Malone Healthcare - Nursing With a commitment to providing a higher standard of service and experience in patient care, Malone Healthcare places expert nurses and allied health professionals in rewarding careers throughout the United States.
