Senior Full Stack Developer

*Job Overview* We are looking for a highly skilled *Senior Full Stack Developer* with hands-on experience building modern AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both frontend and backend development, experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), and the ability to design scalable, production-ready AI solutions. You will work closely with product managers, AI engineers, and designers to develop intelligent applications that leverage modern AI technologies, cloud infrastructure, and scalable microservices. *Key Responsibilities* * Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications. * Build AI-powered products using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models. * Develop conversational AI, AI agents, chatbots, document processing systems, and workflow automation tools. * Integrate AI APIs, vector databases, embeddings, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and prompt engineering into production applications. * Build secure RESTful APIs and GraphQL services. * Architect cloud-native, microservices-based applications. * Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. * Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to deploy production-ready AI models. * Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices. * Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and mentoring junior developers. * Monitor production applications and troubleshoot complex technical issues *Required Experience* * 6–10+ years of experience in Full Stack Development. * 2+ years of experience building AI-powered applications. * Experience integrating OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLMs. * Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases. * Experience deploying cloud-native applications. * Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable system design. * Experience with modern frontend frameworks and backend services. * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Nice to Have * Experience with AI Agent frameworks (CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph). * Knowledge of Machine Learning fundamentals. * Experience with OCR, document intelligence, and multimodal AI. * Knowledge of MLOps practices. * Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or Datadog. * Contributions to open-source projects. * Experience building SaaS products.
