Production Assembler

Key Responsibilities: Assemble automotive seat and foam parts. Demold finished foam seat pads from molds. Clean molds and apply spray wax. Perform repairs and grinding using pneumatic hand tools. Inspect parts for defects and quality issues. Perform trimming using scissors and air trimmers. Pack, label, and prepare parts for shipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area during downtime. Follow all safety and production procedures. Candidate Requirements: Immediate availability preferred. Automotive, manufacturing, production, or assembly experience is helpful but not mandatory. Comfortable performing repetitive production work. Ability to use hand tools and pneumatic tools. Good attendance and reliability are very important. Must be willing to work overtime. Flexible to work different shifts. Able to work in a manufacturing/plant environment. Must be able to follow safety procedures and production instructions. Reliable transportation is preferred. Background check and drug test are required; candidates may start while results are pending. Additional Information: Temp-to-hire opportunity. After 6 months: $17.92/hr with possible permanent conversion. Overtime may be required. Appropriate safety attire and PPE requirements must be followed. Loose clothing, jewelry, hanging strings, open-toed/open-heeled shoes, and other unsafe clothing/accessories are not permitted on the shop floor.
