Additionally, demonstrate a collaborative spirit, knowing that we Thrive together and support each others journeys.Key ResponsibilitiesBudgetingConsolidation of all departmentwide / function wise expenses into one common platformReview of workings of each expense headDepreciation working: Proper linkage of Op Net block, Capex, CWIP with Budgeted DepreciationAnalysis of Variance w.r.t Previous Year's ActualValidation of cost reduction initiatives and conversion of the same in terms of financial impactAdherence to WP guidance issued from CorporateActual expenses reported monthly should match with Quarterly TB at each PlantAdherence to timely closing of TB by 4th of next monthPreparation of Actual in Z2B format on monthly basisItem wise detailing of Account head wise Expenses as per Z2B Format on monthly basisPerformance reporting of the plant in term of yields and usage and Cost per unitVariance analysis with WP - cost reduction initiatives (Progress)Analysis & review of Plant EBT in AnaplanInputs for Cost Audit RequirementsGL ReviewReview of Capex proposals and work on Pay Back periodTracks of Capex installationCapex Report and Cash FlowSlow & Non-moving itemsRejections / OOS (Out of specification) batchesWIP concerns & Its ageingProper tracking on Timely closure of Work OrdersOver all Stock ageingAct as support function at plant level of Cluster Head for SOPs & Corporate guidelinesTracking of cost reduction activities along with its Financial ImpactTravel EstimateJob RequirementsEducational QualificationMBA Finance/CA/CMAExperienceTenure: 10 to 14 YrsYour Success Matters to UsAt Sun Pharma, your success and well-being are our top priorities!
